Job Overview
We are seeking a qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time, onsite school-based position serving an elementary caseload for the 2026–2027 school year. This role will support students across 1–2 nearby school sites, offering a manageable travel schedule and strong team collaboration.
Each site has an experienced lead SLP available for support, making this an excellent opportunity for both CCC-SLPs and Clinical Fellows (CFY) seeking mentorship and professional growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide speech and language therapy services to elementary students
- Conduct evaluations, assessments, and progress monitoring
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Treat a variety of speech and communication disorders (articulation, language, fluency, social communication)
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure IDEA and IEP compliance
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families
- Work across 1–2 school sites in close proximity
Qualifications
- Active or eligible Speech-Language Pathologist license
- CCC-SLP preferred; CFY candidates encouraged to apply
- Experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred
- Strong understanding of IEP processes and therapy planning
- Ability to work onsite full-time
