Speech Language Pathologist

In Blazer Jobs we are seeking a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in Louisiana. The SLP will work with students to assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders, helping them reach their full academic and social potential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of speech and language disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans (IEPs)
- Provide direct therapy services to students with communication disorders
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide progress updates
- Ensure compliance with IDEA and state guidelines
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active or eligible SLP license in Louisiana
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from American Speech-Language-Hearing Association preferred
- Experience in school settings is a plus
- Strong communication and organizational skills
