This full-time, onsite contract opportunity begins as soon as possible and continues through late May 2027. You will play a vital part in students’ academic journeys, helping them develop the communication skills necessary for lifelong success.
Required Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Active state licensure (or eligibility to obtain)
- ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Experience working with pediatric or school-aged populations is a plus
- Completion of drug screening and district-specific fingerprinting prior to starting
Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language therapy services to students as assigned, supporting their individual needs and educational plans
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Conduct comprehensive assessments, develop treatment plans, and document progress in accordance with school district and state guidelines
- Support the general communication needs of the campus and serve as a resource for staff and families
- Attend meetings and participate in ongoing professional development as required by the district
