A contracted Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available to support a K-12 school setting in Arlington, TX. This maternity leave role offers a blend of onsite work with one day remote per week, ensuring a balanced and flexible work arrangement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language therapy services to students across K-12 grades.
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders.
- Collaborate with educators and parents to develop individualized education programs (IEPs).
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to support student success.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC preferred).
- Experience in school-based speech-language pathology.
- Strong knowledge of K-12 educational settings and student needs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Location: Arlington, TX
Schedule: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week
Contract Duration: Immediate start through May 29, 2026
Work Environment: Primarily onsite with one day per week remote work option
