An opportunity is available for a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with a valid CCC certification to provide critical speech therapy services at an elementary school setting. This contract position spans from February 16, 2026, through June 5, 2026, and requires a full-time commitment of approximately 35 hours per week, typically spread over four to five days.
Location: Cypress, Texas (on-site only)
Duration: Contract through the current school year
Caseload: Approximately 69 students including 2-3 Early Childhood Special Education self-contained classrooms and additional students at a nearby elementary school, requiring flexible scheduling to accommodate services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver individualized speech and language therapy to diverse student populations within early childhood and elementary school environments.
- Collaborate with educators and support staff to create and implement treatment plans tailored to student needs.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions and student progress in compliance with district guidelines.
- Participate in team meetings, evaluations, and other professional activities as required by the school.
Qualifications:
- State licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required.
- Previous experience working in school settings is essential.
- Ability and willingness to work exclusively on-site; no virtual or voice-over assignments permitted.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
