Position Details
- Location: Blue Springs, MO
- Duration: 08/25/2026 – 05/27/2027
- Hours: 16–24 hours per week
- Schedule: 2–3 days per week (in-person only)
- Setting: Elementary School
- Caseload: Approximately 20 students
Key Responsibilities
- Provide speech therapy services to elementary students
- Conduct speech-language evaluations and assessments
- Develop and manage IEPs (Individualized Education Programs)
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families
- Track student progress and maintain accurate documentation
- Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary planning
- Ensure compliance with state and federal special education regulations
Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active or eligible for Missouri SLP license
- ASHA CCC-SLP certification preferred
- Experience in school-based therapy or pediatrics is a plus
- Strong organizational and communication skills
