Pay: $48–$55/hour
Hours: Full-time, 37.5–40 hours/week

About the Role
ProCare Therapy is actively building a pipeline of qualified Speech-Language Pathologists for anticipated school-based opportunities in Kansas City, KS and surrounding districts for the upcoming school year.
We are seeking clinicians interested in supporting diverse student populations across K–12 settings. These opportunities are ideal for SLPs looking to work in collaborative educational environments with consistent schedules and meaningful student impact.
Candidates with dual Kansas and Missouri licensure are strongly preferred, as many placements may involve districts located throughout the greater Kansas City metro area.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide direct speech-language therapy services
• Conduct evaluations and support IEP development
• Develop individualized treatment plans and track student progress
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
• Maintain compliant documentation and reporting
Potential Caseload Details
• Elementary, Middle, or High School settings
• Typical caseloads: 40–60 students
• Focus areas: articulation, language development, AAC, fluency
• Opportunities may include single-site or multi-building placements
Qualifications
• Active Kansas SLP license
• Missouri license strongly preferred
• ASHA CCC-SLP preferred
• School-based experience preferred
Compensation & Benefits
