This full-time position for the 2026-2027 school year offers 35 hours per week with a cross-categorical caseload, providing variety and the chance to collaborate with a diverse range of learners and educators.

Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Valid SLP license for Illinois
  • CCC-SLP certification required
  • Previous school-based experience preferred
  • Exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Comfortable managing a cross-categorical caseload

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for students with communication disorders
  • Deliver direct and consultative therapy services tailored to students’ needs across K-8 grade levels
  • Maintain accurate and timely records for IEP documentation and progress notes
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to create supportive learning environments
  • Participate in IEP meetings, providing expertise and guidance for student success
  • Adapt approaches and interventions as needed to address each student’s unique strengths and challenges
