A part-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available for the remainder of the 2026 school year, serving elementary students in a school setting in Joliet, IL. This contract role spans from January 5th to May 29th, 2026, offering approximately 2.5 days per week with a focus on supporting students ranging from Pre-K through 5th grade.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide speech-language therapy services to elementary students, including those on Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and Response to Intervention (RTI) plans.
  • Manage a caseload of approximately 19 students, delivering tailored interventions to address diverse communication needs.
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and school staff to support student progress and implement effective therapy strategies.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and comply with relevant educational and licensure requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Valid Illinois State Licensure and PEL Endorsement for SLP.
  • Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred.
  • Experience working in school settings and with elementary-aged children.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.

Location: Elementary school setting in Joliet, IL.
