Qualifications/Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- New Jersey licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; strong Clinical Fellowship (CF) applicants considered if independent
- Previous experience in school settings strongly valued
- Excellent communication skills for collaboration with students, families, and colleagues
- Ability to adapt approaches to diverse learning needs
Responsibilities:
- Provide screening, evaluation, and comprehensive speech and language therapy services to students
- Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs)
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate documentation
- Participate actively in IEP meetings, progress monitoring, and team consultations
- Foster a positive and inclusive environment that promotes student participation and success
