- Deliver therapy sessions in both one-on-one and group settings, ensuring individualized attention and effective interventions
- Maintain thorough records, including progress notes and detailed documentation required by the school and compliance bodies
- Actively participate in IEP meetings, contributing expertise and collaborating on decisions that shape positive educational outcomes
Preferred qualifications and experience:
- Active Speech-Language Pathology license for Texas
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
- Clinical competency and experience with IEP development, preferably in a school-based setting
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
