Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist in Jamestown, NY
This contract opportunity is for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide part-time services in a school setting located in Jamestown, NY. Services will primarily support high school students through an itinerant model, requiring flexibility and occasional travel between sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy tailored to pediatric populations within a school environment
- Collaborate with educators and related services staff to support student Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with district protocols
- Participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities as scheduled
- Provide teletherapy services as needed to supplement in-person therapy
Qualifications:
- Valid New York State SLP licensure is required
- Experience with school-based caseload or workload models preferred
- Ability to work part-time hours with flexibility for itinerant assignments
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Experience supervising or collaborating with CFYs or other support staff is a plus
Location:
- Jamestown, NY, with service coverage in surrounding areas as needed
