Travel Speech Language Pathologist in Jacksonville, FL
A full-time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available in Jacksonville, FL, serving multiple schools within the local school district. Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver individualized speech-language therapy services to a diverse student population across multiple school sites.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to develop and implement effective treatment plans.
- Conduct assessments to identify speech, language, and communication disorders.
- Maintain accurate documentation of progress and comply with district policies and procedures.
- Participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities as required.
Qualifications:
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Active Florida Department of Health SLP licensure.
- Experience working in school settings preferred.
- Ability to manage a caseload of approximately 60 students.
- Must complete fingerprinting requirements and obtain a JLA badge as per district protocols.
