Key Qualifications:
- Valid Florida Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license
- Experience working with K-12 students preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with students, educators, and families
- Ability to develop tailored therapy plans aimed at improving speech and language skills
Responsibilities include:
- Assessing and diagnosing speech, language, and communication disorders within the school-age population
- Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans that meet the specific needs of each student
- Collaborating with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student progress
- Documenting therapy sessions and maintaining accurate records in compliance with educational and clinical standards
