Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current state licensure and ASHA certification
- Early Intervention certification
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Experience in pediatric and school-based environments is valued, though not mandatory
- Comfort working in-person or via teletherapy settings
- Ability to manage caseloads professionally and compassionately
Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy services in accordance with IEP goals
- Assess, diagnose, and document student progress
- Employ evidence-based practices and adjust interventions as needed
- Collaborate with educators, school staff, and families to promote student achievement
- Complete required documentation and maintain accurate records
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team planning
- Provide services both onsite and via teletherapy as necessary
