Travel School Speech Pathology | Jackson, California
A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available for the upcoming school years 2025-2026 and 2026-2027 in Jackson, CA. This role involves working on-site with a caseload encompassing students from kindergarten through 12th grade. The position is travel-based within the school district and requires immediate availability to start, continuing through the end of the school year.
Qualified candidates will hold credentials such as SLP certification, Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC), Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) completion, or be certified specifically for school settings. Experience delivering speech-language services in educational environments is essential, with the ability to manage diverse caseloads of students with varying communication needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations for K-12 students.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and goals.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student communication skills.
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports.
- Participate in team meetings and professional development as needed.
Desired Qualifications:
- State licensure or eligibility for licensure in SLP.
- Valid Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred.
- Experience working in school settings or completing CFY in such environments.
- Strong communication skills and ability to engage with children across grade levels.
