A full-time, contract role is available for a certified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with CCC credentials, serving students from PreK through elementary grades in the Western Region of New York. This onsite position supports school districts in the Hornell and Bath areas, providing specialized speech and language services to K-12 students.
Key Qualifications:
- Active New York State SLP License
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology
- Teacher of Students with Speech and Language Disabilities (TSSLD) certification
- Experience working with PreK and elementary school caseloads preferred
- Ability to provide full-time support onsite within the Hornell and Bath school districts
Location:
- Hornell and Bath, NY area, serving local school districts
- K-12 educational environment, onsite only
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive speech and language evaluations and therapy services to students from PreK to elementary grades
- Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student communication needs
- Maintain detailed documentation and progress reports compliant with school and state guidelines
- Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute to goal setting for students
