Qualifications:
- Current Texas Speech-Language Pathologist license (active and in good standing)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) required
- Previous experience delivering SLP services in K-12 schools preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Commitment to onsite services; remote work is not available for this assignment
What You’ll Do:
- Provide direct therapy services to students individually and in groups
- Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments in line with state and district guidelines
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education program (IEP) goals
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic support for students
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning
- Maintain accurate records and progress notes following district best practices
