Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current, active Texas SLP license
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) required
- Commitment to onsite work; teletherapy not available for this role
- Previous school-based experience preferred, but not required—new graduates with credentials are encouraged to apply
- Strong communication skills, collaborative mindset, and a passion for helping students
Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy to students across various grade levels (specific caseload details will be provided closer to the start date)
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Document student progress, maintain accurate records, and prepare required reports
- Consult with teachers, support staff, and families to ensure coordinated care
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to multidisciplinary teams
