Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist in Irmo, SC

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and hearing screenings and diagnostic assessments
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education programs (IEPs) for diverse student populations
- Provide direct therapy tailored to individual needs, addressing a range of communication disorders
- Collaborate closely with educators, staff, and families to promote student progress and engagement
- Maintain thorough, timely documentation and progress tracking in compliance with school standards
- Attend paid team meetings and utilize dedicated administrative time for planning and paperwork
- Balance your schedule with three days at an elementary school site and one day at a high school
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Active (or eligibility to obtain) South Carolina SLP license
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) highly preferred
- Willingness to complete background and fingerprinting clearance
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
