Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Inyokern, CA

Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Possession of a current and valid SLP license or eligibility for licensure in California
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
- School-based experience, particularly with elementary-aged students, preferred but not mandatory
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to engage collaboratively with teachers, staff, and families to foster student success
- Commitment to evidence-based practices and ongoing professional growth
Responsibilities:
- Conduct screenings, evaluations, and assessments for elementary students
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Deliver targeted speech and language therapy sessions in individual and group settings
- Collaborate closely with teachers and other specialists to support each child holistically
- Foster a welcoming, inclusive environment that supports diverse student needs
- Maintain clear records and communicate progress to families and team members
- Participate in IEP meetings, staff meetings, and ongoing professional development
