Qualifications & Desired Background:
- Current licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC)
- Experience or strong interest in providing services in elementary school settings
- Ability to develop and implement IEPs and document student progress
- Strong communication skills for collaborating with educators and families
- Dedication to onsite service delivery (remote/Voco not available for this role)
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and provide speech-language therapy to a diverse elementary caseload
- Collaborate with special education teams, classroom teachers, and families for optimal student outcomes
- Develop, implement, and document individualized treatment plans
- Track data on student progress and maintain accurate records aligned with school and district requirements
- Participate actively in meetings, parent conferences, and ongoing training as needed
