Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid Florida Speech-Language Pathologist license or eligibility
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC) highly preferred; Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates also encouraged to apply
- Previous school-based SLP experience is a plus, but not required
- Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and support staff
- Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
- Open to experienced professionals and travelers ready for their next adventure
Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech-language therapy services to a diverse elementary caseload, both individually and in groups
- Evaluate, diagnose, and develop treatment plans for students with communication, speech, and language needs
- Maintain accurate records and monitor students’ progress toward IEP goals
- Collaborate with classroom teachers and special education staff to support student success
- Communicate effectively with families and participate in IEP meetings
- Utilize a dedicated therapy space to optimize session quality
