School Speech Language Pathologist - Inman, SC

This contract, onsite opportunity is ideal for Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) passionate about serving learners with diverse diagnoses, including Autism Spectrum Disorder, Intellectual Disabilities, Cerebral Palsy, Rett Syndrome, and various medical complexities. You’ll provide individualized, multimodal interventions—often incorporating Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC)—alongside a cohesive team.

- Focus on direct therapy: SLPs are solely responsible for therapeutic services, with no case management, travel, or ancillary school duties.
- True collaboration: Be part of an established and knowledgeable team of seven SLPs, working closely with professionals such as PTs, OTs, TVIs, and BCBAs.
- Innovative workload model: Utilize the 3:1 service framework to support both student needs and your professional balance.
- Highly specialized support: Serve students who thrive with individualized and creative communication strategies, with opportunities to gain experience in AAC.
- School-based schedule, onsite only; all services occur at one highly respected site.
Desired Experience and Qualifications:
- SLP license and appropriate educator certification (required)
- Clinical Certificate of Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP preferred)
- Previous experience with complex communication needs or AAC is a plus—but eagerness to learn is just as valued
