School Speech Language Pathologist - Indianapolis, Indiana
Step into a rewarding school-based role supporting students from kindergarten through 12th grade as a Speech-Language Pathologist. Enjoy a fulfilling contract opportunity near Indianapolis, IN, working with a diverse caseload of 40-70 students as you help them achieve their communication goals.
This position begins as soon as possible and extends through the end of the school year. You’ll work 30 hours per week over five days, providing dedicated support, assessment, and intervention services. Qualifications:
- Active SLP license required
- Experience in school-based settings preferred
- Open to both SLP-CFY and SLPs with school/pediatric backgrounds
Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct therapy and interventions for K-12 students
- Conduct evaluations and re-evaluations as needed
- Develop and maintain IEPs and documentation in compliance with guidelines
- Consult and collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive educational environment
