Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Huntingdon, PA

Your work will begin September 3, 2026, and continue through May 21, 2027. While the district’s main office is located in McVeytown, assignments may be in different local schools as needed. Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Current and valid Speech-Language Pathology license in Pennsylvania (active state licensure required)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Meet all state and district-specific requirements for school-based practice
- Experience working with diverse student populations in educational settings preferred
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Ability to collaborate with educational teams, caregivers, and related service providers
Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in students
- Develop and implement IEPs and individualized therapy plans
- Document progress and maintain compliance with state, federal, and district policies
- Consult with teachers and families to support students’ educational goals
- Participate in team meetings and professional development as required
