Pediatric SLP in Spring, TX

Your day-to-day will focus on providing essential SLP services to primarily elementary-aged students, engaging with a diverse caseload and collaborating closely with educators, families, and support staff. With a schedule of 7.5 hours per school day, you’ll have the structure and consistency to truly immerse yourself in the school community and see students’ growth firsthand.
Qualifications and Preferred Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Valid state license or eligibility for licensure as an SLP (CCC required; SLP-CFY considered)
- Experience working with pediatric populations, especially in schools or educational settings
- Comfortable providing both in-person and teletherapy services
- Strong assessment, diagnostic, and treatment planning skills
- Ability to build rapport with elementary-aged children, staff, and families
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language assessments and implement individualized treatment plans
- Deliver therapy sessions targeting articulation, fluency, language, voice, and pragmatic skills
- Document progress notes and maintain accurate records, meeting all compliance guidelines
- Participate in multi-disciplinary meetings, including IEP development and progress reviews
- Collaborate with teachers and staff to promote communication success in the classroom
- Support students across a range of speech and language needs
