Preferred Qualifications and Experience:
- Active or eligible SLP licensure in Michigan
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcome
- School-based experience, especially with elementary-aged children, is appreciated
- Excellent communication, organizational, and collaborative skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of elementary students, providing comprehensive speech and language assessments
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Deliver engaging therapy sessions to support speech, language, and communication development
- Collaborate with educators, families, and support teams to monitor student progress
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation and contribute to IEP meetings
