Qualifications & Experience:
- Current Texas state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC required)
- Proven experience working in K-12 school settings is essential
- Ability to support students at elementary or secondary levels, with familiarity providing services in self-contained classrooms beneficial
- Experience in early childhood centers highly valued
- Strong interpersonal and team collaboration skills
- Comfortable and effective working on-site at multiple campuses (remote work not available)
Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, communication, or swallowing disorders
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in compliance with school and regulatory standards
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Liaise with educators and families to monitor progress and tailor intervention strategies
- Adapt services for varied student needs, possibly across elementary and secondary campuses
