School Speech Therapist | Cypress, Texas
A school-based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available in Cypress, TX. This contract position supports one school within a school district from ASAP through 5/22/2026, working Monday through Friday with a 7.5-hour daily schedule (37.5 hours per week).
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide make-up therapy sessions exclusively—no evaluations or ARD meetings required
- Serve the assigned caseload, supporting students’ speech and language development
- Collaborate as needed with school staff while focusing on direct student intervention
Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) licensure required
- Current SLP-CCC credential preferred for school settings
- Ability to successfully complete fingerprint/background check as required by the district
- Experience working in a school environment with the ability to manage a caseload effectively
