School Speech Language Pathologist - Hopkins, Minnesota

Key Qualifications:
- Current, active State SLP license required
- Previous experience working as a Speech-Language Pathologist in a school setting preferred
- Familiarity with elementary (K–5) age group and developmental milestones
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Position Overview:
- Schedule: 0.6 FTE (approx. 23 hours weekly)
- Location: Split between two elementary schools, convenient to Hopkins, MN
- Caseload: To be determined; opportunity to work closely with students and school teams
- Start Date: Fall 2026 (New School Year)
Role Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for students
- Provide direct and consultative speech/language therapy services
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to foster student success
- Document progress, engage in team meetings, and contribute to IEP development
- Adapt interventions to best meet evolving student needs
