With approximately 23 hours per week, you’ll play a critical role in helping children reach their fullest potential for the 2026 academic year.
Key Qualifications:
- Hold a current, active State Speech-Language Pathologist license
- Prior school-based SLP experience preferred, especially with elementary-aged students
- Knowledge of individualized education plans (IEPs) and progress monitoring
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration with students, staff, and families
- Able to provide therapy onsite across two elementary campuses
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and consultative speech-language therapy tailored to students’ specific needs
- Assess, diagnose, and develop treatment plans for students with speech, language, or communication challenges
- Participate in multidisciplinary teams to create and implement IEPs
- Document and track student progress toward therapy goals
- Consult regularly with classroom teachers and parents, offering strategies for integrating supports into daily routines
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive environment for students
