What You'll Do:
- Provide individualized speech-language therapy (five 30-minute sessions weekly) to one elementary-aged student.
- Collaborate closely with school staff and other support professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
- Implement evidence-based therapy strategies tailored to student needs.
- Maintain clear documentation and progress notes in accordance with school and state guidelines.
- Participate in virtual interviews and training as required by the school.
- Adhere to school-specific onboarding procedures, including fingerprinting and timely contract signing.
Ideal Qualifications:
- Current NY Speech-Language Pathologist license.
- Possess a TSSLD certification.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) required.
- Previous experience providing SLP services in a school setting preferred.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with students, families, and educational teams.
- Comfortable with technology, including virtual meetings and documentation.
