Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA
- Previous experience providing services in a school or pediatric setting is highly desirable
- Exceptional interpersonal, organization, and communication skills
- Ability to create individualized education plans (IEPs) and maintain accurate records
Core Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide direct therapy services to students with a variety of communication disorders
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to promote student success
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team discussions
- Maintain thorough documentation in accordance with school and legal standards
- Deliver services in both individual and group settings
