- Strong organizational and communication skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct screenings, evaluations, and assessments for students Pre-K through 5th grade
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to address speech, language, and communication challenges
- Participate in IEP meetings and prepare relevant documentation in accordance with school and state requirements
- Collaborate with classroom teachers and support staff to ensure integration of therapy goals within the learning environment
- Provide direct and consultative services to students, supporting their academic and social success
