Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Valid SLP license for the state, or eligibility for licensure
- Clinical Certificate of Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; new graduates (CFY) considered
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus
- Experience with pediatric and school-aged populations
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills for working within multidisciplinary teams
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and evaluations for students with diverse speech, language, and communication needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that align with IEP goals
- Deliver direct and consultative therapy in classroom and small group settings
- Document progress, maintain records, and collaborate with teachers, families, and other educational professionals
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student success plans
- Provide supportive resources and strategies for both staff and parents
