Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active or eligible SLP state licensure
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or CFY candidacy
- Experience in healthcare-based and/or school-based settings
- Strong knowledge of pediatric speech, language, and communication disorders
- Comfort with teletherapy platforms and virtual service delivery
- Excellent interpersonal, collaboration, and documentation skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech-language therapy to K–12 students
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and reassessments
- Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and progress reports
- Consult with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Use evidence-based practices to support students’ functional communication
- Maintain thorough, timely records in compliance with district and state requirements
- Provide virtual services as needed
