What You’ll Bring:
- Active SLP licensure and current educator certifications required for school-based practice
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) mandatory
- Previous experience in school settings or pediatric caseloads preferred
- Strong assessment, documentation, and individualized education planning (IEP) skills
- Adaptability to work across different campuses and age groups as assignments are determined
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities with students, families, and faculty
Role Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech-language therapy services to students in accordance with IEP goals
- Assess, diagnose, and create individualized treatment plans tailored to diverse learning needs
- Maintain thorough and accurate records of student progress, collaborating with teachers and support staff
- Facilitate and participate in IEP meetings as needed
- Foster positive relationships with students and families to encourage communication progress
- Manage caseloads flexibly across assigned school sites within the district
This full-time contract role runs from August 26, 2026 through June 10, 2027, with a weekly schedule of 37.5 hours (7.5 hours a day).
