Speech Language Pathologist in Heyworth, IL

Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active and clear state SLP license
- Previous schools-based SLP experience preferred
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish required
- Teletherapy background with strong virtual communication and documentation skills
- Comfortable working remotely with PreK-5th grade students
- Ability to manage a mix of therapy and evaluations independently
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver teletherapy speech and language services to students (PreK-5th)
- Conduct comprehensive student evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate virtually with teachers, support staff, and families to maximize student outcomes
- Maintain consistent and accurate documentation in compliance with state and district guidelines
- Engage students in creative, interactive therapy to foster progress and confidence
- Proactively manage scheduling and communication to meet student IEP goals and timelines
