We are actively seeking three Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to join a supportive school district serving students throughout the High Desert region of Southern California. These full-time opportunities are available for the 2026–2027 school year and support elementary, middle school, and K-12 caseloads.
Both experienced CCC-SLPs and qualified Clinical Fellows (CFYs) are encouraged to apply.We are actively seeking three Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to join a supportive school district serving students throughout the High Desert region of Southern California. Responsibilities
- Provide speech-language therapy services to students in school settings
- Conduct speech and language evaluations and assessments
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Maintain accurate therapy notes, progress reports, and compliance documentation
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, administrators, and multidisciplinary teams
- Support students with articulation, fluency, language, voice, and social communication needs
- Maintain compliance with IDEA, state regulations, and district guidelines
Qualifications
- Active California Speech-Language Pathologist license or eligibility
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates encouraged to apply
- Experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage a student caseload and maintain documentation requirements
