Speech Language Pathologist in Gallatin, TN
A K-12 school in Gallatin, Tennessee is seeking two full-time Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to provide essential services for students. One position will focus on elementary students, while the other will serve middle and high school students. Both roles require licensed professionals who are ready to contribute onsite throughout the entire school year contract.
Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and communication disorders in students from kindergarten through 12th grade
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with educators, parents, and other professionals
- Monitor student progress and adjust therapy goals as needed
- Provide consultation and support to school staff to promote effective communication strategies
- Maintain thorough documentation and comply with all state regulations and school policies
Qualifications:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license in Tennessee is required
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred but not mandatory
- Candidates with a Clinical Fellowship (CF) are encouraged to apply
- Experience working in school settings highly desirable
- Ability to work onsite full time
