What You’ll Bring
- Current Speech-Language Pathology license in Texas (or eligibility to obtain quickly)
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
- Prior experience in a school setting is preferred, though new graduates are also encouraged to apply
- Strong understanding of developing and implementing IEPs
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with both professionals and families
- Ability to provide therapy to diverse student populations
What You’ll Do
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and diagnoses of speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in students
- Develop, manage, and regularly review Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Deliver therapy services in both one-on-one and group formats
- Collaborate closely with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic support
- Document all services delivered and track student progress through detailed reports
- Participate actively in IEP meetings and ensure compliance with district and federal regulations
