Pediatric School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist - Indian Springs, Nevada
This full-time, contract position serves K-12 students in an in-person school setting located in Indian Springs, NV. The role involves providing speech-language pathology services to approximately 40 students throughout the school year (CSY).
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver individualized speech-language therapy to support children’s communication skills
- Work collaboratively with educators, families, and other professionals to develop and implement effective treatment plans
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with school policies
- Participate in individual education program (IEP) meetings and contribute to goal development
Qualifications:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
- Experience in pediatric speech-language pathology, specifically within school settings, is highly desirable
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with students, parents, and staff
- Ability to manage a caseload of approximately 40 students independently
