Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current CCC-SLP (Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology) required
- Valid state SLP licensure (or eligibility to obtain)
- Experience working in K–12 settings is highly valued
- Ability to manage a caseload of 45 students efficiently and effectively
- Prior knowledge or exposure to teletherapy platforms is a plus
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in K–12 students
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on each student's needs
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of student progress and services delivered
- Collaborate with educators, families, and interdisciplinary teams to best support students’ IEP goals
- Utilize digital resources and teletherapy tools as needed
