Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Harlingen, TX

Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited university
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA
- State licensure (or eligibility) for speech-language pathology in Texas
- Prior experience supporting school-aged populations preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with students, teachers, and families
- Commitment to evidence-based practices and individualized student care
- Comfortable working fully onsite; remote or hybrid work is not available at this time
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language assessments for students as needed
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and therapy goals
- Deliver direct therapy services to students with a range of communication needs
- Collaborate with educators and parents to support students’ academic and social development
- Maintain thorough and timely documentation of student progress and services rendered
