School Speech Language Pathologist - Garryowen, Montana

This full-time contract opportunity for the 2026-2027 school year allows you to engage with a diverse caseload of 20-30 students, working primarily with Middle and High Schoolers, with the possibility of supporting a few Elementary students as well.

What we’re looking for:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid state license or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong CFs will be considered
- Experience with school-aged populations, especially middle and high school students
- Strong communication and collaborative skills
- Ability to manage a caseload of approximately 20-30 students
- Experience developing IEPs and participating in IEP meetings
Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting assessments, screenings, and evaluations
- Delivering direct and indirect speech and language services
- Creating individualized treatment plans tailored to each student’s needs
- Collaborating with educators, families, and other specialists
- Monitoring student progress and maintaining accurate documentation
- Supporting the school’s multidisciplinary approach to student success
