Speech Language Pathologist Needed

ProCare Therapy is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist for a school-based, contracted position near Hanover, VA for the 26/27 school semester. This role focuses on serving elementary-aged students in a collaborative, resource-rich environment.
Desired Skills & Experience:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active SLP state license (or eligibility to obtain)
- Previous school-based or pediatric experience preferred
- Familiarity with a variety of assessment tools and therapeutic intervention strategies
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Commitment to fostering student progress in a diverse school setting
- Solid documentation and organizational abilities
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to identify student speech, language, and communication needs
- Develop and implement IEPs in collaboration with school staff and families
- Deliver individual and group therapy to address identified goals
- Maintain accurate records and timely documentation
- Provide direct and consultative support to teachers and parents
- Participate in multi-disciplinary team meetings as needed
- Contribute to a positive learning atmosphere where every student can thrive
