Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist - Hamburg, NY

Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid SLP license (or eligibility) for practice in New York
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP), or open to candidates completing their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Experience with pediatric populations—school-based, healthcare settings, or teletherapy experience is a strong plus
- Ability to conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy to students, both individually and in groups, based on IEP goals
- Complete assessments and re-evaluations to identify students’ needs and monitor progress
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, maintaining accurate documentation
- Collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals to support student success
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute clinical expertise to teams
- Maintain compliance with local, state, and federal regulations related to school-based therapy services
