Speech Pathology - Hamburg, NY

Key Qualifications:
- Current Speech-Language Pathologist license recognized by the state
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Demonstrated experience in school settings, with a strong understanding of IEP processes, student assessment, and collaborative care
- Excellent communication and organization skills
- Ability to adapt services to meet diverse student needs
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students
- Develop individualized treatment plans in alignment with educational goals
- Deliver direct therapy services tailored to each learner’s needs
- Participate in multi-disciplinary team meetings and contribute to IEP development
- Consult with teachers, staff, and caregivers to implement effective communication strategies
- Maintain thorough documentation and progress records in accordance with school and legal requirements
