Soliant Education is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a supportive school district for the 2026–2027 school year. Responsibilities
Conduct speech, language, and communication evaluations
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals
Provide direct therapy services to students with a variety of communication disorders
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
Participate in IEP meetings and provide recommendations for student services
Qualifications
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Active state Speech-Language Pathology license (or eligibility)
ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred (CFs encouraged to apply if applicable)
School-based experience preferred but not required
Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills

Compensation for this position ranges from $47.53 to $67.53. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals.
